Little Warriors Class

At our Windsor School this September we will once again be teaching our Little Warriors' Class. This class is exclusively for children age 3 and 4. The class will be twice per week, for 1/2 hour at a time. The exact schedule and times will be posted soon.

So, what is it that we can teach children this age? One of the top priorities in teaching children this young is to make sure they are having fun, while learning important skills that they will carry with them throughout life.

The skills that are taught, and instilled in children this age are as follows,

4. Balance
5. Memory
6. Discipline
7. Fitness
8. Coordination
9. Martial Arts Skills
10. FUN!!!!

This is accomplished though the use of martial art style drills and games. Also, a great benefit of this program is that children learn to interact with each other and develop social skills in a positive environment.
